I don't reccommend applying here, but if you do be sure to get the approval in writing before doing anything. My wife and I applied in mid-July, was told we were approved, and planned to move in on August 7. The manager did not do a background/credit check until August 5, then had her mother call us on August 6 telling us that our application was being rejected. We're not upset over getting rejected, but there is a time to do a background check, and it is not two days before a tenant moves in.

Aside from management being untrustworthy, it seemed like a quiet area. It's a decent area of town. The pool looked green and the spa was empty. The whole place looked to be in a state of disrepair. If it was managed better, it might be a nice place to live.

The spa is actually broke, and has been since 07/07. If you are going to go through this place, dont leave with ANYTHING verbal. Get everything in writing, to cover yourself in case they go back on what they say. But this should also be done with anywhere you go to no a days.
