I have lived here for 5 years and I would leave if i could. The noise level has risen dramatically and the past year or so.
Also, the ratio of english to foreign language speakers has run a muck. Non of these people want to follow the rules if they can even understand them. The teenage population has also risen and i have had more fights with them then ever before. A side from 3 broken windows in my car my neighbors have had there things stolen from their vehicles. I guess I'm the lucky one.

the Staff. Awfull! Everytime I needed a repair i have called the city. No one in the office can speak fluent english except for an underage girl that i think is a realtive of the manager.

Although water is done through a private company "Elms" there is no way to get a hold off them regarding billing inquiries and the staff refuses to acknowledge any problems.

Overall, if you don't mind hudlums and mexican gangbangers in your neighborhood or if you don't care for your possesions then this is the place for you. If you want your child to grow up with constant doctor visits due to the mold problems encountered in most apartments then please apply!

It's very sad to see people using websites like these to leash their anger towards other races. I'm mexican, proud of it, I know my english is not perfect, but I do my best in spelling correctly, unlike you. I'm glad u can't move out, that's what you get. Good luck with the "mexican gangbangers". Unless they move out before you, which i'm sure they will.

I find it sad that some people get so offended so easily. This man was not unleashing any kind of anger toward a race, but expressing opinion about the people who are breaking into cars and stealing crap... not to mention the hassle of trying to get an apartment manager to do their job when they can't UNDERSTAND the national language! It is BULL CRAP. I am married to a Mexican, and have a half-Mexican baby, so you really can't call me racist. But even my husband finds it crappy that most immigrants don't know English, and don't even care to. It just makes things more difficult. I found this review to be very helpful. With a new baby girl, and a history of problems with management, the last place I want to move is to an apartment that has mold problems and ------ maintenance. Thank you.
