This apartment is my first apartment on my own. It has many desirable items: vaulted ceilings (upstairs only), covered parking (most), garage available.
One major problem is the gate. You have to have a card in order to enter the complex. Well this is a problem if you have anyone come and visit.

The parking is a nightmare since neighborhood kids decided to turn it into playing grounds & baseball field. The staffs are not capable to control the residents or (do not want) to do anything about it, even after many complaints, plus the security guard is lazy & awful. Too many kids & teenagers playing all kind of balls (softball, football, baseball, volleyball, tennis, soccer) in the parking lot, breaking your car windows, turning on the alarm system, scratching and denting your car. The adult neighborhood is also very noisy, screaming, yelling and fighting all the times, very thin walls, you can hear clearly when people talking loud, coughing or moving stuff around. Cockroaches, ants, silverfish and giant spiders are everywhere (outside & inside) of buildings, pest control is available but have to keep spraying every 2-3 months to keep them from coming back. That means you will need to let some strangers roaming all over your place spraying chemical. The office staffs are friendly (in pretentious/business like manner), they will promise you one thing (just to get rid of you fast) whenever you complain about something, but they would never actually do anything to fix the problem completely. Rooms are nice & price is affordable to me, that is all!!!
