The area is bad enough being on the worst street in the area in my opinion. (taylor Ave.) I went in once to look at a place and it was ok. updated in a very cheap way but still looked ok. I think the construction could use a lot of work and all the apartments can use updating. I see people with broken front windows that are cracked plastic. I do have to say though the the grounds are amazing a true oasis in the desert. However I dont think its enough to make up for the horid parking or bad managment skills of this small family owned complex. Not to mention some of the people they have been moving in are not the best. Background check must be optional now. I personaly have never lived there but did live across the street and had a few friends that lived there so this is all from my point of veiw not as a resident.
