Polo Villas

My name is Nick Shannon and I am from Arizona. My girlfriend and I will be attending Cal State Bakersfield in the fall, as I received a baseball scholarship to play at the school. The whole process of looking for apartments in a different state is extremely frustrating, difficult, stressful, and anything else you can think of. We called numerous places in Bakersfield around the school to check on availability, pricing, utilities, ect. Bakersfield's apartment complexes are tough to work with because there is hardly any availability. As I stated before, we called many apartments and were given the run-around. Many places promised to call us back to check up with us, but none did. We finally found Polo Villas online and called them. Chuck, the onsite manager, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to simplify our apartment search, given the fact that we were from out of town. He called back to give us updates and was very friendly throughout the whole process. We would recommend Polo Villas to anyone that would like friendly and helpful service during your apartment search.
