Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I lived at Sand Creek for a year and enjoyed the community very much. The staff was very professional and the place is well maintained. The property is at least 20 years old but you would never be able to tell it from the inside. Upon moving I got every bit of my deposit back. I would definitely recommend this place or any other place managed by Royal T.
