This apartment manager will promise you things such as: Free cable, Free access to the club house, parking places, etc. and then change his mind after you sign the lease. He will charge you hundreds of dollars. He is very sly. SHAME ON GABRIEL DIAZ!!

I completely agree with you!!! I have been in this complex through a few managers and Gabriel Diaz is the absolute worst! He is full of bad intentions and treats you like YOU are an idiot. I can't believe he manages a complex. I am giving notice because of him, I am sure he will just laugh at me as he does anytime I talk to him.
