Where do I begin' A few months back there was a drive by shooting ... shots fired AT the complex... 3 weeks ago shots fired right across the street. I have walked outside my door to find people smoking and selling drugs (A normal occurrence) I have walked outside my door to find people with guns waiting for a neighbor to open his door.

The complex is full of unruly children running around, cussing, fighting, breaking things or writing on signs and the ground, you name it they do it.

I've lived here over a year and still don't have a gym key, yet its always locked. The key I was given isn't correct.

Its supposed to be gated parking however the gate on Pacheco is always open 24/7.

The current manager who someone else already made a message about. He is impossible to deal with. He is NOT who managed when I moved in. I went from a wonderful manager to this horrible mean man. But boy will he smile and kiss up while he's trying to get you in here (I've watched how he is to potential new tenants!)

I moved in and didnt pay gas. Now that this management company is in charge we now pay gas. However, I have never in my life paid more than $20 a month for gas. My gas bill is approximately $50 here at these apartments. The amount changes monthly and really makes no sense at all!

They refuse to put 1 tenant on my gas/water/sewer bill and they are charging me as much as as they charge a family of 4 a few doors down.

When I ask for an explanation the manager has none other than thats how much it is. I have a very hard time believing I am using this much gas as I dont cook, I maybe use the heater 2 times in a month briefly and its just me!!!!

The manager refuses to answer my questions and basically tries to pass me to the billing company who in turn passes me to the manager. The manager pretty much tells me I need to pay the bill not as questions.

I am not the only one with problems with the manager and the gas bill, our complex actually even has a petition that has gone around refusing to pay the gas bill until it has been explained to us... still nothing! Some people dont even pay the gas at all (as in he doesnt charge).

So if you're still interested in living here, be real nice to the manager and maybe you won't have to pay your utilities either!

This place is a joke and unless you want to live like trash and get treated like trash, I suggest you look elsewhere. I honestly wouldn't even want my enemies to live in this place. It is the absolute worst choice I've ever made in places to live!

The actual apartment is decent.. but honestly, you can't get away from the rest I dont care how nice your apartment is inside!
