I would like to express my thought about this complex. I have been here once as a Section 8 tenant. I fell down the stairs requesting a downstairs apartment with a response of full rent and deposit. I declined. My transfer of Section 8 was made available to me. For financial reasons I chose to stay here. I requested a downstairs apartement for the 2nd time. Response was I need a Dr's note. I did not respond at that moment. A few weeks passed and I submitted my Section 8 transfer for a downstairs apartment. I was told I would have to apply as a new tenant (Promotions available). 30 days before move-in my deposit was cashed, denied a promotion and was told I could not move in until approved by Section 8. Section 8 has yet to finish there paperwork which leaves me again paying full rent/deposit, on a new applicant while transferring with Section 8. I spoke with a Housing Attorney to include the Apartment Complex cannot have both. I would not refer this complex to anyone due to unfair treatment, safety issues and non compliance.

agree....i lived there for almost a year. they r very discriminating. and always wanting to know who comes to your home.if you have sumone stay more than 3 days they want you to fill out a form of notice stating that someone is staying...to me that is ridiculous considering i pay the rent. i would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Had my car illegally towed saying my tags were expired...granted they were by one day.i had just not got around to putting my new sticker on.
