Thank you for providing a clean and safe place for my children and me. I was glad to hear that security was hired. It makes me feel safer know they are there. I am going to recommend Springwood Court to any of my friends who need a place to live.

My apartment had been overflowed with toilet water from lack of plumbing work. At first, after ours the maintenance person arrived 45 after the 3rd call claiming he never received the call. The he left the dirty water in the shop-vac in my apartment. I complained to the manager who then sent a business out to suck up the 3 inch water. leaving most and left 2 fans to dry out the carpet claiming all they have to do is replace the foam under the carpet, and sanitize. This truck was not sanitary, nor was the equipment. My apartment is moldy and smells. It took them a week to dry the carpet, meaning I had to loud fans running 24/7. The manager would not put me in a motel to get this done. I have videos and pictures of this whole ordeal. This complex is infested with bedbugs, roaches, ants, and any other bug you can think of. If you need any "drugs" this is the place to come. You name it and you can get it in here. I would never recommend this complex to anyone. Even though is Low Income/Section 8 and Tax. Double dipping. They charge higher rent for Section 8 tenants. The apartments are not clean or maintained for this Subsidized housing.

If it is so bad why are you still living here. I see you everynight from my window just sitting there on a milk carton as if you owned the place. If it is as bad as you say, leave.
