Nice But Overpriced

This apartment complex has decent apartments that are clean and kept-up, however the price is ridiculous. There are fake streams and extensive amounts of landscaping on the grounds, which is probably why rent is so high. I was also not impressed with the ladies in the office, who were absent-minded and ditzy. There are WAY too many speedbumps in the parking lot, and you have to walk really far to get to your apartment in some cases.
There are better places to live in Bakersfield where you don't have to pay for fake nature.
