THE OFFICE MANAGER IS RUDE AND VERY UNHELPFUL
AND THE STAFF ARE ARE NOT CONCERNED ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND NEEDS.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. TO SEE THE MANAGER YOU HAVE TO MAKE A PRIOR APPOINTMENT AND ONLY ALLOWED TO SEE HER AFTER 2PM. VERY UNAPPROACHABLE,UNFRIENDLY AND A PAIN TO DEAL WITH.NOT COURTEOUS AT ALL.WHEN A CUSTOMER GOES THE OFFICE THE STAFF ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR PERSONAL CONVERSATION AND JUST MAKE YOU WAIT UNTIL THEY ARE DONE.NEVER HEAR WORDS LIKE PLEASE AND THANK YOU FROM THEM.IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THEY ARE THE REASON WE LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS.THE GROUNDS ARE FILLED WITH DOG POOP-POOP AND WATER STAGNANT EVERY WHERE.
