I lived here almost three and half years, so I think I am in good position to write a review. When I moved here It was owned by Coleman homes and then it got sold out. It has its own pros and cones.

Pros:
Well maintained ground.
Good service if somethings breaks down
Quiet enviornment
Great location of southwest bakersfield, next to market place, CSUB
Friendly Staff (except manager)
Large floor plans (compare to cambridge)
Ample parking, matured trees, safe.

Cones:
Sometimes you hear about car breaking. Nothing major, as its an apartment.
Jacuzzie never got fixed.
Manager is rude (as usual in all apartments, nothing new, and she is new too)but other staff is too friendly

In general, I highly recommend this place. I am comparing it with Cambridge (close comopetetor. I wish it has controlled access (gaited community)
