I interned in Bakersfield and stayed at The Springs. The apartments are older but they are very nice. The staff is on top of your calls and maintenance requests. I was impressed. It's a nice complex. I was a little saddened when some trees were cut back and I lost some valuable shade to my apartment. I would go back there again.

This complex is very overrated, maintance workers have absolutly no common sence and will try to get every penny out of you possible!!
