Very quiet and nice, best apartment I had lived in, but if you expect to get your deposit back then think again. I cleaned the apartment with my wife for over 6 hours making sure every corner was immaculately clean. I was then sent a move out statement which had their "estimated costs" which added up to $2100, we didn't have to pay for that but we didn't see a dollar of our $450 deposit. That is ridiculous, and when we handed back the keys the people in the office would barely look at us, as if we were spitting in their face. It seems as long as you hand them money than everything is ok but as soon as we get a new opportunity then they no longer care about you.

For what it's worth... I've moved around a lot and lived in several apartments and not once have I gotten my deposit back, it's just part of life, get over it and don't let that be the only thing to stop you from renting here!
