To start with the positives the grounds are beautiful and the property is close to major shopping areas. But the office staff is rude and very uncaring. The apartments are OK, and the one we were in was on the end, so it was quiet. Ours was a corporate lease, and the furniture was already there when we arrived. We moved in with our suitcases, so we made absolutely no impact on the apartment for the three months we were there. The management had charged our company for professional cleaning services, but the apartment was far from clean. I spent at least two hours cleaning when we arrived. From what I observed they do not give any deposits to anyone, and find many reasons not to do so. We ended up staying in Bakersfield two years, but moved to another property and were very happy. Our company moves us around a lot, but this is most uncaring managers I have ever experienced.

I AGREE WITH YOU YET THIS BOY AS WE SHALL CALL HIM IS ALLHE IS A BOY THEY SHOULD HAVE SENT A PROFESSIONAL THIS MAN IS SO HEARTLESS HIS WIFE WAS HAVE EARLY LABOR CONTRACTIONS THAT HE RATHER SEND UNKNOWN TENANTS TO DRIVE HER TO THE HOSPOITAL IN FRESNO THAN FOR HIM TO CARE FOR HIS WIFE TALK ABOUT RUDE AND HEARTLESS I UNDERSTAND.
