I have exactly the same sentiments as with the rest of the people who posted poor comments here...the unit is so old that you would only put up w/ it 'coz of the location..mngt people are rude and unaccomodating, slow and poor maintenance jobs esp.in emergencies like the A/C repairs etc.,inconvenient scheduling of most complex-wide maintenace repairs(water pipe leaks,parking lot leveling etc) most important of all, watch out when you move out after years of renting..they might rip you off with estimates of maintenance costs (hopefully not..)I received a statement that will charge me(though I'm hoping they won't but I wouldn't know 'till I dispute it with them) almost $2100 in maintentance costs which is really ridiculously unfair since I am not the first and only tenant of the unit.
