I've lived at the Springs for about 6 months but found a house so I had to break my lease. I didnt have any problems with them until the end. A few months before I moved out, "somehow" my PG&E account got changed out of my name and into theirs. So the Springs began billing me and made plans to turn off my power. I originally thought that my bill got lost in the mail because I hadn't received the last few. But once I figured out that I was no longer on the account, I tried to talk to the Management at the Springs, they didn't care. They made no attempt to help me get it sorted out. They had their policy and they were sticking to it. PG&E says either the rent or the landlord can change the name on an account. Obviously i would not do that to myself and The Springs are SURE they didnt, but either way a mistake happened. Yet, they still didn't care. The staff has no customer service, especially their manager Jackie, she made it seem like it was all my fault without looking at the facts. I was a good tenant and was always on time with my bills, I believe this was a honest mistake and I wasn't looking to get ahead, i just wanted it taken care so that I wouldnt have to pay any extra fees. I DO NOT recommend this place. The grounds are nice, but it's not worth it. The management doesn't care about tenants-only their policy.
