I like to think of myself as a very picky girl. I am in the business of making my employees accommodations in unfamiliar territory a pleasant and welcoming experience. I have been housing nurses at this property since 2004. Have there been issues' Sure, but they are few and far between. And where there is a issue, the staff is ALWAYS very professional, attentive and quick. That in itself is a huge plus. Over the years, I have dealt with some seriously bad properties and The Springs is definitley NOT one of them. Christine, Melissa and Kennia are my girls! Top notch crew! Whether you are looking for a corporate rental or a longer term lease, you have come to the right place.

I think you are one of employees who works in there. Cannot believe what you are talking about. This place totally sucks!!!!!! Disgusting!!

I really hate that you feel that way. I am NOT employed by the property, but use this property to house employees frequently. If you have issues, I highly recommend that you approach the leasing staff. My experience has been that they are quick to help you resolve things.

The girls in the office are really nice but the Management is very rude! It takes FOREVER to get anything done! I'm not just speaking from personal experience but also from 8 other couples that lived there. We all agreed that if we knew now what we knew then, we would of NEVER moved in!! Not to mention when you move out they charge you on average $2000 on top of your deposit ( again, speaking from the couples and there friends who have moved out). I have never paid so much for an apartment nor have I ever been more disapointed. This is not a family friendly complex either. The management was EXTREMELY rude when some kids wrote on the sidewalk with chalk. They were going to clean it up when they were done but, the managment threw a fit before the kids were even done playing. I would not recommened this place at all. I actually find it very funny that there are nice reviews on here, especially since the office just sent out letters stating how they need to work on their "attitudes" toward residents. So, I think they are getting people to do damge control for them.
