My fiance and I ran across these townhomes about 2 months ago. We walked into the manager's office and we just felt very comfortable! She asked if we wanted to take a tour through the complex and asked what kind of apartment we were looking for. We definitely knew we were in the right place when we found out they were two bedrooms since his brother was going to be moving in with us.[we came from an apartment with one bedroom, one bath, AND 5 people!] He was so happy to know he might be getting his own room. We toured through the complex and fell in love! It was really nice and really "HOME" feeling. She ran our credit, we got approved and we moved in Easter weekend. It was AWESOME here. We do many events with kids and it's just a lot of fun. Our manager is probably the nicest manager we've ever had and her kids are a blast. Definitely would recommend Valley Springs to anyone looking to rent an apartment!
