A lil bird told me our new Manager isn't the one doing our paperwork it's his sister doing it!!!! So who it the manager is it him or is it her' Do we have to worry able people in the office on the computers who shouldn't be' I walked in the office and there was some kid on the computer during business hours!!!!! My records and everyone else private information is in this office. 3 years ago our new manager sister was the manager here... Our new manager would speak into peoples apartments and get on their computers, take their cars and go joy riding with, So do we have that to worry about now!!!!

Thats horrible to say. I have known BOth the previous and current manager and they are not only wonderful individuals, they are both highly dedicated and professional. I know most of ALL that goes on around here and I have yet to here lies so falsifies about staff. If anyone wants to protest, regard it towards the person who left Valley Springs in ruins. Our new manager is for the common person. He is innovative, intellegent, and the true modernization of what Property Management is. I think people should stop pertraying people in negative lights and focus on getting ready for the new chapter in their lives, away from Valley Springs!!!

I have lived her for several years and know the new manager and his sister. When they worked here the property looked wonderful and they were always professional and polite. The manager that just left (Debra Sparks) was rude and let anyone move in here that did or sold drugs and she was never in the office the apartments were downgraded when she started and I was so glad when they got a new manager. This is now going to be back to how it used to be ran before Pinnicle took it over. It was alot better when Stratus and Riverstone ran it
