I want to save YOU from this renters nightmare!! The manager (Salvador) gave me the impression that he would evict our neighbor if they were continually too loud - but now after the neighbor yelled at him he backed off - it looks he got scared. I got upset when I found out - I raised my voice (I really didn't mean to I was just upset). He started telling me to videotape them doing something bad and he would get them evicted. Anyways. I don't know the manager just seems two faced to me. Personally I don't trust him - he might turn it around and try to evict me. Working hard to get out of here!! When I leave I'm not looking back!!

I am from the new management. What the previous resident what was upset about is no longer true. It took us a while, but we cleaned up Villa La Jolla. Loud neighbors, criminal neighbors are no longer at villa la jolla.

As long as they don't bother others. The management does not stick its nose in others personal lives, nether should you. We have worked hard, there are no complaints against other residents, look at the bright side.

To the top anonymous..You're full of ----. My family been living in the apts since last year. The management is terrible..there's no maintenance..no gardeners..no water holes..incase of fire. Etc..and etc. The whole management team sucks royally. The manger Veronica Osborn...is the most horrorible manager in many years. She acts like she's goddess.
So who ever you are...better think again..Villa La Jolla is a pigsty.
Everyone at the apts doesn't like the manager..she's mainly for --------..and ------. She lets their rent slide..while others has to pay higher rent.
