My Experience At Villa La Jolla

1 Thin Walls! Some I've heard neighbors blow their nose and snore, these were two different neighbors on different sides. The worst though were the unattended teenagers who liked to blast there music - especially when their parents were not home. I don't know whats worse teenagers and loud rap or the --------- and loud mariachi music or whatever its called - we had that too. Sure people have a right to their privacy, but when they are disturbing others then what' What about the rights of the people who are being disturbed'
2 Has the graffiti been cleaned up' This is not the first time that management has claimed to clean up Villa La Jolla. Our first year living at there was fine - that management also had claimed to clean up Villa La Jolla. Soon we got different managers and different management companies, and to top it off different neighbors along with the already thin walls. For a long time we waited for things to get better - it just got worse - we could not afford to move - things got so bad that we had to move. We had power outages we would hear the wires pop and crackle in the heat of summer. Not to mention the unrelated fires that took out rows of apartments at one time. People lost everything. We also started seeing a lot more violence and we just did not feel safe at Villa La Jolla - which is why we finally did move.
