I have been living for almost a year, they are nice apartments, 2 swimming pools, tennis court, nice landscape.
When we just move to Bakersfield we thought that the rent was o.k. but we find out later that the rent is high we are paying $995.00 for a 2 bedroom apt.
If you are going to rent:
WARNING you want to read the contract very good, because in small letters said that they maybe other charges.They charge extra for parking spaces $25.00 each.
We are paing monthly for water $10.00, trash $11.26, sewer $10.58 even for AUM Admin. Charge $4.50. We are going to go some place alse as soon as the agreement ends.
They said that there is security at night, I haven seen them not even ones.
We wish somebody will warn us about this, we are very disapointed.
