I've lived at Villa Mondavi for 3 years. I'm happy living here because things are well taken care of and I feel safe. The location of these apartments are perfect because we're right down the street from a great school, the park, gym, a variety of restaurants, gas station, and convenient store. Everything is in walking distance.
