If you are afraid of FLYING cockroaches and noisy, ignorant neighbors DON'T move here. The old, tired bitties who run the office aren't worth their weight in salt. The part time girls are useless too. Oildale where this complex is located. Well doesn't the name just say it all. Bakersfield Sucks as a whole. So if you want a decent quality of life and half way decent people my advice is look elsewhere.
