Awesome - I onlt wet to take a look at the apartment but decided against it. I loved the large open living area and walk in closet in the master. I think the 2nd floor has a great feature in the stairs how they are inside but not taken into the sqft. Expensive and Empty The apartment is very nice. Top quality and good layout. Unfortunate location - high voltage power lines, huge empty lots on two sides of complex (lots of dust) and very close to power plant. It is very quiet, rarely see any neighbors. 1/3 to 1/2 units are empty. Good

I am a past resident of Springwood Court and I didn't have any problems with the Managers. The grounds were always clean and maintenance kept up. I purchased a home however, I would move back if I ever had to move back into an apartment.

Bad apartment to live in My brother recently moved from this property and was my mom glad to hear it. He complained about people breaking into his apartment all the time and the man that collected the rent was rude and threatened him alot. He just threatened others too. I would not ever recomend
