Great place to grow up

I grew up in the Foster ave apts and I would recommend this place for any young family starting out. Fair rent and for the most part it is safe. Baldwin Park's crime rate seems to go up and down but these apartments feel untouched. Have had several management (some good, some bad). Schools are close and it is a very developed city with lots of shopping centers. Beach is close (45 mins) and the mountains are about 30 mins away.
