I lived here for 8 years and all of them have been memorable but now Im moving out. Its a great place for your kids to make new friends. the people are friendly, and the maintenance guy ricardo is the coolest guy around. There are parties for holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other. The Easter egg hunt is a great way for the kids to have a good time. The traffic in front of the apts on francisquito is a nightmare in the afternoon, so be aware of that. Cockroaches are a problem in some units but not all. Spacious rooms and living rooms in the 2 rm deluxe apt.
