I've lived here a year and these are some pretty decent apartments. When I very first moved here I had a conflict with another tenant because of him/her telling me not to park where I parked (and there is no assigned parking). This did not fly too well with me and upset me. The landlord took care of it quickly. I've had no other incidents since.

The landlord takes care of business and she is very friendly. Although, she is not really in her office that much. She is very good about returning phone calls though.

But I must say, this apartment complex is kind of going down hill. There are always teenagers hanging around the complex and I've even started to see grafetti on the walls and on the office door. As long as you live towards the front of the apartment complex, it's very quiet. The complex is gated but it's pretty much not closed to people who don't live there. People who don't live there park in our covered parking spots. I do wish though that the complex was better lit. Even though it's a safe neighborhood I stil think there should be more lighting around the complex.

On the bright side, I love the city and the neighborhood and my view! Sometimes it even snows a little bit. I would say it's a pretty decent place to live as long as your towards the front of the apartment complex.
