There has been several management changes, daily inconsistencies, and poor on site management. Kids and street thugs run wild day and night with no parental supervision or management interjection, and complaints fall on deaf ears! Law enforcement has pretty much written off the complex as a "problem area"! The fence around the pool is torn apart, and rusted out, and though the rent goes up, there are no property changes to show improvements to the complex. The management really needs to be rethought because the property management company is a fare company, but with such great distance from the property there is little if any complaints that are sent over to the management company, because we never hear back from them!
