I have to say that even though the manager has been here for two years now a record for windscape village things still do not get done in a timly manner. There are a number of things wrong with Windscape village. 1st the Bugs are everywhere ants, roaches, spiders ect... 2nd When a complint is made a notice goes out that work is going to be done and no complaints are to be made well if I am a resident (Customer) I think that I have a right to complain. 3rd The manager hangs out with residents which I think is a conflict of interiste I mean yeah she could hang out with them but do not make it a point for the whole complex to know. 4th the manager is always on a smoke break and also drinks beer on the job. 5th the fact that when I call the office and someone answers that I can not understand is annoying the assitant or whatever you want to call her needs to learn how to speak english. 6th just because you slap some paint on the outside does not in any way make this place luxury appartments go to there website (It makes me laugh). 7th when a notice is put up that your apartment is going to be inspected on a specific date and you make plans to be there and no one shows up. Then when you come home 3 weeks later to find the maintance people in your appartment doing the inspection when they should have been there 3 weeks ago. "Managment If you have on the notice that the inspection is going to be on a specific date then ensure they are there on that date not 3 weeks later. Or on the notice put that the inspections will be performed during the next three to four weeks starting on this date. There is only one good thing about living here and that is the price of the rent which I think will be going up now that they have spent who knows how much on what some would call upgrades. If you move here be prepared to have a notice on your door at least at least twice a month, the rent to keep going up, bugs, people parking like a@#holes, the manager on a smoke break every 10 to 15 min., and a lack of communication with the manager.

Someone out there is even saying something needs to be done see attached response to my review.

One, your going to find bugs everywhere in cali. Two, everyone is entitled to their smoke breaks. Three, there is no conflict of interest by hanging out w/ some of the tenents as long as the books are straight. Four the assistant speaks english very well and if you have trouble w/ her heavy accent then talk to her in person, it's easier to understand, or wait untill you can talk to the manager. This manager is strict and doesn't take any crap. She's also the nicest gal around as long as you abide by the rules and don't piss her off!

In response to acfixerdude. You must be the ------- hired by the other -------. The asst. in the office talk like she has crap in her mouth. Yes everyone is entitled to a smoke break but not every 10 to 15 min. Learn how to read.
