These apartments are nice, but a bit on the expensive side. This is a gated community. They are clean and well-kept. It is a nice environment to live in, also very pretty. There is plenty of lighting, and the bushes around the apartments are low so that nobody could possibly be hidiing in there. The parking is close to the apartment complex, and fairly lighted. The manager is alright and as understanding as she can be. Maintnance is pretty good for the most part, same-day if possible. But there's only one guy doing the work so if it's not an emergency then you might wait. When I moved in, I found brand new carpet, freshly painted walls, and a very clean place to live. I've only had two main problems: 1) I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors are doing, but I guess that's to be expected. 2) When the upstairs water heater broke and flooded my apartment at 4 in the morning, I couldn't find the emergency pager number posted ANYWHERE!! I felt so bad, but the maintnance man seemed not to understand why it was so important to get it fixed before I left to work. But, I'm sure the managment has posted the number again or whatever, it doesn't matter now. Other than that, I love it here and I wish that I can stay long enough for the ability to renew my lease, but as prices go up, renters consider to move out.
