I currently live in the Barstonian apartments, and I am so happy to be here. The apartments are well taken care of and the management (Sharon) addresses problem promptly.
The grounds are well maintained and service is done weekly.
The only complaint I have is that the air conditioners freeze up frequently and to get the house cool we have to leave it off over night to allow the ice formed on the compressor to melt. Unfortunately, the owners will not pay to replace the compressors to fix this problem permanently.

Hey, I live here to, I dont' have that problem it must be just your apartment. Did Sharon tell the owners won't pay for new compressors? That don't sound like her all she say's is go to wal-mart and buy yourself a new one.

I am the manager of the Luxury Barstonian Apartment. Please, who ever you are, give me a call; I am not aware of any Air Conditioner having this problem. I want to get this problem taken care of ASAP. We are well known to give GREAT SERVICE to all of our residents----SO PLEASE CALL. I have never told anyone in my three years here to go to Wal-mart to purchase anything.

I also live at the Barstonian (luxory) should not be a word used to describe this place..horrible and so unkept. yes the manager Sharon has told me numerous times to just go to walmart if you have problems..she always says the maintenace man is too busy to deal with my problems in my apartment.which I can not understand why he is busy since I heard there are numerous apartments available..
