I lived there in 1993 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/17/2001 Years at this apartment: 1992 - 1993 1 response   I lived there with my mother all I have to say is that you don't want to be there during an earthquake and another thing is that we didn't have a hot water heater for almost a month because they were supose to get us a new one because our old one was shoting sparks every time it was in use plus the water heater was in the bathroom.We lived on the second floor and I always was scared because the railing was always shakeing so you had to be very slow waking up to the door since it was a wooden walkway
