Maintenance man on Meth, Alcohol and is a thief

Apparently Bobby the maintenace man has invaded several of the apartments on this property.
He is under the influence when working, and driving on the property. He is not a person to take lightly. He is a danger to himself and others.
He has just been served by the DA, and ordered to vacate the apartment.
There are also claims that he has "intruded" into the homes of females when others are away.
