First of all, yes... the gate is a problem, I think because impatient people ram it instead of waiting for it to open (seen it happen!). The parking can be sparse, I think they'd do well to turn the rarely used tennis court into extra parking, but all of that aside, this is the BEST place in town to rent. I could complain about the high rent, but fact is it acts as a... *ahem*... "social filter" (sorry, trying to be PC)and keeps the place nice.
In the 3 years I lived there, I only had one problem, which was fixed the very next day by their maintenance man, Jaime.
You seriously won't find a better maintained, cleaner, or more pleasant complex anywhere in this area code.
