We lived at Virginia Village prior to moving here, and we had no idea how bad it was until we lived there. After we moved here, it felt like we had our own little piece of paradise. The neighbors are all friendly, quiet folks who are just trying to make a living and enjoy their families. The price of the rent is WORTH IT because you just don't deal with the same clientele that you would in other cheaper facilities. You can gather what you will from that statement. The staff was always friendly and helpful, we had a garage to store all of our stuff, and our apartment was roomy and quiet. I love this complex and would DEFINITELY recommend it to others.

Amen. Haven't lived there for a while now because I moved out of state but it was a great complex even then. Someone told me they raised the rent; how much is it now? Is the manager still the same ( I can't remember her name).

Our rent is $1050, but we have a garage. The normal rent is $1025, which is ridiculous so we are moving out. If it weren't for the rent we wouldn't leave, but our mortgage payment will be half of what our rent is!

This place is just beautiful!! I love my apartment and the office staff is great and very kind and always putting the residents first!! I would recommend this to everyone and exspecially Military..very very safe and it is paradise for the desert area..but please do not go to there sister property we tried there first and thank god we found Desert Heights since the manager at the Barstonian is on so much nicotine and the office made me throw up because of the heavy smoke..it was hell but Desert Heights is Heavon

I live here aswell and can tell you that the rents have not changed I belive they are still the same but even if they did raise them a bit it's totaly worth the price..its gated, very safe and everyone is so nice here..the residents and well my neighbors are all so kind and helpful..I love living here and raising my kids in such a great community..the manager is Linda who is a wonderful manager and the assistant is Shannon who is so helpful and very kind to everyone, her knowledge of military moves and military life is great since we were an army family and she was so patient and kind during our move. The staff is just great and so is the maintenace guys..they always get it done fast!! I cant complain at all about this community..we love it and so do my kids!!
