First I would like to state if you are in an interracial relationship...DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Kinda humorous that we were told that there are no pets allowed in these apartments, we can not use our washer/dryer hook ups, and because our neighbors play lud music all hours of the day and night and let their friends harrass me; that I could move. The moment an all white couple move in next door, a year after we have lived here, they have TWO PIT BULLS! Driving on the property you'll see a lovely sign reading "no pit bulls allowed on property". The managers son has vandalised my car and shot my son with a pellet gun, to which the manager shrugged her shoulders at me. So, after I called the police on her child, she gave a retaliation notice of how I am in violation of my rental agreement due to things being on my patio. Take a look around and most patios are PACKED wih boxes, I guess we bi-racial couples aren't allowed to sit at our patio tables while BBQ'n. The employees come into your home when you are gone and fiddle with things. (By the way we don't watch sports, you might wanna change the channel next time). Need something repaired...got a week or two to wait' I waited for 3 1/2 weeks for a replacement stove when the one we had leaked gas. Imagine that food bill. We never got a form to fill out prior to moving in to report the faults in the apartment, Cathy said " just write it on a piece of paper", 5 pages later...I was done. Nothing was painted, the toilets both leaked, the frige (still broke) groans and freexes food, the carpets were not cleaned. I don't know where these people are from, but in the great state of California we have state laws they must abide by and they are not. Every person I have come across that has lived here has a problem with the managment team and maintenance crew ( make sure you speak spanish,cause they don't speak english). Save yourself a world of trouble and don't move into these apartments, you'll never get quiet, be able to park in your own spot, nor anything repaired and probably no deposit back either. I'd like to take a look at her bank account and see how much has been sifened into that.
