i have been living here over two years and i have not had any problems with management. cathy is not racist and likes all. sure there are issues with maintenence and i know for a fact that cathy has been tring to solve the issues.the apartments themselves are not bad,what do you expect to find in barstow' the gangs are all comming from la and i feel cathy has done a exceptional job of keeping them out. since cathy has taken over the complex there has been a great deal of improvement and it has gone unnoticed. there are several residents here that feel that cathy has made a great deal of improvment and is a asset to the property. i would recommend this property to other people and in fact i have and they have liked it as well as i have.
