I got to say WOW, WOW, WOW, what a great place to live, I have lived here for 4 years and now I feel safer than I ever did. The old manager didn t even care about her tenants. She was never in the office when we needed something. But I have to say since the new manager has come it is great place to live. The apartments look great, always clean, and maintenance always on time when called. The new manager is very nice, outgoing, very smart, and always available when we need her. I would like to add, please when you have something bad to say about these apartments please say your name is, what are you afraid off'

I could vouch for this comment... I live in Scenic View also but I must say you seem to be overdoing it on the managment part don't you think? you must be the manager LOL... but they really are nice.

Yeah I have to agree with Ashbrook2, I think that that was the manager. Beacuse I know that I used to get a lot of complaints about the new manager before I left. And if she knew anything about what she was doing why does she have soo many Vacant Apartments? Oh and lets not forget the scum she is moving back in. There are people moving in that were evicted and she has let them back in. Its getting that bad? What a great place to live, huh? There are sex offenders living across the street, wouldn't want my child around that. And what kind of security do they have now? The UGLY manager walking around at night? That would scare me off. This place had gone to hell. And yeah, in the words of your "great manager", "I am afraid of my residents", thats why I wont give my name, I might have to smack a bit-h if I do, although well worth it, I have a child that needs me more.Good luck at your Getto Apartments.
