These apartments are a joke. They dont care that we are moving out after being here 5 years. They dont care about the safety of the resedents vs. the people that are moving in. All the barstow trash is trying to get a place for their homies to kick it and the office or owners dont give a ---- about the people that have been here and pay their rent on time every month on time. WHERE IS CATHY WHEN YOU NEED HER'!'!'! She kept an open eye on the people that she is moving into this place unlike the joke that sits in the office on the phone listening to her cha cha music and passing background checks to fill apartments. This place has more cops in it than the police department. Its a joke DONT MOVE HERE!!! You will regret it.

Well all I have to say is thank god someone is seeing what is going on. It truley is a shame, the bank took over the apartments a feww months ago and they are going down hill now, I drive by them and shake my head to see what a possibly nice place it could have been has been turned into-TRASH. The org. property mang. co.-Paul Calvo- thought they they could do better, so that is why I heard they got ride of Cathy, but now I hear they have lost the entire crew- all maint, and mangaers because they couldn't do half of what Cathy did, thats why Cathy is still very sick. She gave to much of herself for this propery and its residents, and for what? They leaset they could have done was hire someone with 1/2 a brain to run the place. I feel sorry for any of the decent people still living there, my advise is t move out. I did awhile ago and boy I am happier then ever. I feel safer also. It truley is shame what has happened to this place.
