Horrible management. The front office cannot seem to keep their books straight. Twice while living there, the staff posted a notice on my door claiming I had not paid rent in full. Both times I showed them the very receipt that they had issued me just a few days before. They always blamed it on a computer glitch. However, neither time did they offer an apology.
The apartments are okay. Decent layout, although not alot of storage space. I had several problems with the heating unit and a few water problems. Getting someone to fix them was like pulling teeth. Often, they would show up, partially fix the problem, leave tools and things laying around and then forget about your apartment for a day or two. You would end up practically begging them to please finish the task.
Laundry facilities were always crowded. I often just ended up going to a laundrimat down the road. The pool was filthy and crowded. The grounds were fairly well kept.
Parking was never a problem for me, but I lived around the back side. Some of my neighbors that lived on the more populated sides complained about parking.
Overall, my experience here rates below average.
