The children are out of control here. The majority of the people who live here need to be in low income housing the way they keep up their apartments and reported to CPS for the way they let their small children run unsupervised. The older children on here vandalize anything they can get thier hands on and there is nothing you can do about it. Do not move here unless you want broken windows or itmes as simple as a mat,wreath, or plant stolen from your patio/door. The apartments themselves are an alright set up and decent, but they are right behind the fire house and two low income housing properties. The gates do not work, so do not let that trick you into thinking this is a safer place. The advertising of "nice quiet place to live" is total bull chit... it is anything but.
The laundry facilities are bad. The first time I went they had 2 machines broken and no papers on them to let you know so that was money lost. The dryers are 1.00 , but they do not dry well and it takes two times to get even a small load done. There are no quarter machines. You are best off going to the laundrymat in town. It is always crowded too from not enough machines. I moved in and there were roaches. I was told not to worry if they are dead when I see them, but I have yet to see a dead one! It was totaly disgusting.
