horrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   this place is horrible, the manager walks around during business hours in her PAJAMAS!!!! Shes also very rude, virginia village has kind of a monopoly in barstow because of all the military there. The manager dosent have to worry about being nice or keeping the property nice because she will rent her apts out anyways because of all the army people needing a place to live. I wouldnt live here agian if my life depended on it...oh yeah they also have registered sex offenders living here.
