I have lived in these apartments for a bit over 3 years & I would have to say that this is the best it has been! You can really tell the difference & the changes that the management have been focusing on.
They recently raised the fence & they fixed their laundry rooms (which by the way no one would worry about these things before) they just made it so much more comfortable for everyone & I am pretty sure everyone who lives here agrees with the good changes around the property.
I know that these apartments had a bad reputation before and to be honest I am amazed & relieved that changes are finally being made.NOW I would recommend these apartments to my friends & family.

You know thw managment crew should stop writing reveiws on here. The old manager was tring to get all the changes done, but because Paul Calvo is a complete ------- and wanted her gone for some reason he hired a bunch -------- to fire her. Then after they sent her to the hosptial several times she finally went out on medical leave and they started to do HER CHANGES. I know this because the new staff hired is TOO STUPID to do anything for themselves. Thats why the COWARDS can not even step forward and defend themselves? ------- PRICKS. YOU ALL SHOULD GET A LIFE AND MOVE THE ---- ON. JUST ONE PUNCH IS ALL I NEED. -------

Talk about getting a life and moving on! Instead of giving this advice you should take it first. It seems as if this is an old employee who still can't move on and is probably still hurting. I don't know what type of issues you and the management had but these reviews are to help people find an apartment & they want to know how the apartments are by RENTERS only, someone who is actually living there & could also provide info on how it has been since they moved in. Besides, you should stop being so negative and if they were really so harsh to you then what are you still bragging about, Remember Karma is a ----- right! & come on, you call them cowards and you hide yourself behind a computer screen by displaying yourself as anonymous! Come on you guys just give it a rest.

I just moved out of these dreaded apts in June. It USED to be good. New management is worthless and they are dirty -------- who can't speak proper English! When they took over they started moving in all sorts of scum! At least the old management was trying to keep them out! That complex is full of gang violence and ignorant people. I had to move because of it. This complex will NEVER be any good as long as it is run by Paul Calvo Company. I have called them more times than I care to count and they are worthless! You want my opinion.....buy a damn house!
