Not so quaint living. LOud neighbors. Speeding cars. Vandalism to cars. Break ins. But you would'nt know unless you talked to the"locals"(residents). Someone go shot in February 2008 and management never notified the residents. EXTREMELY SLOW AND SLOPPY SERVICE. If you want your deposit back don't move here. So yeah if you like loud neighbors, poor parking, and a good chance of getting robbed in the day time or at night DE ANZA is the place for you. RUN!!!!!!!!!

I just think that if you did not get your deposite back it had to be for a good reason, I have never had a problem here at the staff is here for its residents, I have no complaints!
