I am curently a resident here at DeAnza Gardens, And I have NO complaints. I am a single mother and through there affordable rates, I have been able to get back on my feet and provide for my family! It is a quite nieghborhood and the staff is GREAT!!! In no way have i ever felt unsafe, Maybe the people causing problems are the ones posting negative comments and if you think about maybe thats why you never got your deposite back' The security is AWESOME. And I would recommend anyone who is loooking for a community were you can talk to your be-freind your nieghbors, see your kids play outside in peace and be a part of all the wonderful programs they offer to us, as residents!!!
