My wife and son and i have lived here for 7 years now. In the 1st 5 years there the main problem we had here was groups of thugs hanging out in ''clumps'' selling drugs and drinking and making noise till all hours of the night. Weak security never helped either.The thugs scared them off. For a year now there is a new manager who is right on the ball. She has gotten a real ''police security'' that carries guns and works directly with the pittsburg police.Wife and i have seen them in action here.You never know when they will drive in and also the police drive in to at unexpected tims to make sure everything is ok. There are no more groups of people hanging out and if you dont live here or are just visiting a family or friend you will be jacked up and asked to see I.D. and thats that.It is a very nice apartment complex.We like our neighbors.The apartments also have washer and dryers in them which is very nice and not having to go to a laundry matt is awesome.The maintence is always right on the money when you need something fixed as well. I recommend these apartments and you should not be afraid to move here....Arthur and Sue mission bay apartments

I must agree with you, however, the maintenance isn't doing their job at all right now. (or at least for me) I've been living here since May of 2007, it is now Nov of 2007, and still have maintenance requests taht need to be filled! Still waiting on over 3 crucial things to be done, and so far, everytime I call in, the managers tell me the maintenance guys said they've done it, but apperently lied to them and me. I don't trust them at all with requests... Overall though, I do like the security. I just wish they came around more often during the night when people will drive in at 2am with their bass blasting... (who in the hell does that??? do they enjoy waking people up???) but I guess you can't have everything when your poor.
