Mission Bay Apartments

STAY OUT OF HERE!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   You're better off spending a little extra at Rivershore just across the street. BELIEVE ME! A nicer community (my friend lived there), nicer pool, and all the neighbors, all just across the street. The rent here is fair, but the maintanence, the managers, and sometimes even our neighbors all suck to hell. A-holes driving by with their bass blasting at 6in the freaking morning or at 2 am!!!! then you also have the incompetent managers who don't know how to give you your paper work, nor instruct the maintanence what to do. They just sit in their little room chatting almost all hours of the day. You know what was the amazing part about this place though' The other day was the first day they cleaned the streets from all the leaves that had been blowing on the property for over 2 months now! Wahoo! Sad thing is, they just hired some -------- to do it. then again, they are all mexican I believe... oh well, point being, stay the hell away from here! You'll be better off.
